Jersey City, N.J. 鈥 March 3, 2025 – 麻痘精品鈥檚 University is proud to announce it is the first college or university in New Jersey to offer full degree programs taught in Spanish. Beginning in August 2025, students will have the option to enroll in the Associate of Science in Business Management and the Master of Business Administration with a concentration in business analytics, both fully offered in Spanish.聽
麻痘精品鈥檚 University recently celebrated its 25th anniversary as a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) in 2024. The University was the first college or university to attain HSI status in New Jersey and in the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. Currently, 41 percent of full-time undergraduates at 麻痘精品鈥檚 are Hispanic.聽聽聽聽

Dr. Benitez, a native of Colombia, will teach one of the courses offered in Spanish during the fall semester.聽
The Associate of Science in Business Management can be completed in as little as two years of full-time study and will provide a strong liberal arts foundation, critical thinking skills and leadership development. The Master of Business Administration is offered 100 percent online and the STEM-designated business analytics concentration equips students with in-demand data analytics and business strategy skills. These programs are the University鈥檚 first, with plans to expand bilingual and dual-language degree options at the graduate and undergraduate levels, incorporating instruction in Spanish or a combination of Spanish and English.
In New Jersey, linguistic diversity is significant. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, approximately 33.3 percent of residents in the state speak a language other than English at home with Spanish being the most common non-English language spoken at home by about 17.3 percent.聽

Jersey City, N.J. 鈥 3 de marzo de 2025 – 麻痘精品鈥檚 University se enorgullece de anunciar que es la primera universidad de Nueva Jersey en ofrecer programas acad茅micos ofrecidos completamente en espa帽ol. A partir de agosto de 2025, los estudiantes tendr谩n la opci贸n de inscribirse en el t铆tulo de asociado en ciencias en Administraci贸n de Empresas y la maestr铆a en Administraci贸n de Empresas, con una especializaci贸n en An谩lisis de Negocios, ambos ofrecidos totalmente en espa帽ol.
En 2024, 麻痘精品鈥檚 University celebr贸 recientemente su 25潞 aniversario como instituci贸n designada al servicio de estudiantes hispanos (Hispanic Serving Institution, HSI). El t铆tulo de asociado en ciencias en Administraci贸n de Empresas puede completarse en tan solo dos a帽os de estudio a tiempo completo y proporcionar谩 una s贸lida base en artes liberales, habilidades de pensamiento cr铆tico y desarrollo de liderazgo. La maestr铆a en Administraci贸n de Empresas se ofrece 100聽% en l铆nea y la especializaci贸n en An谩lisis de Negocios, reconocida dentro del campo STEM (Ciencias, Tecnolog铆a, Ingenier铆a y Matem谩ticas), capacita a los estudiantes con competencias en an谩lisis de datos y estrategia empresarial de alta demanda. En Nueva Jersey, la diversidad ling眉铆stica es importante. Seg煤n la Oficina del Censo de los EE.聽UU., aproximadamente el 33,3聽% de los residentes del estado hablan en sus hogares, un idioma diferente al ingl茅s. El espa帽ol es el idioma que m谩s se habla en los hogares despu茅s del ingl茅s, con un porcentaje del 17,3聽%.
